" Looking for a property that has something special? Words are hard to find to describe this charming period property. From the moment you step inside this beautiful home, you are taken aback by the living space downstairs. With an open-plan layout, the areas in which the present owners use for reading, dining and relaxing, are defined and provide a wonderful homely space to enjoy. There is also a open dual-fuel wood-burner with solid wood surround in the lounge area.Heading upstairs, you are struck by the light pouring through to a mezzanine landing area with two rooms off it. This space would be ideal for an office, or has the potential to create another bedroom, dressing room or an en suite. The impressive master bedroom on the opposite side of the landing has an equally impressive en suite bathroom with a separate bath and shower to indulge yourself in. The upper floor provides a further three bedrooms and a family bathroom. This could make an ideal separate living space, an alternative for anyone looking for a property with a granny annex.Externally, the property has a gated block paved area which the present owners use for off-street parking, but could easily be made into an enclosed courtyard garden. This home is so different from many standard types of property and one that needs to viewed to see all it has to offer! What the Owner says:

We have spent many happy years in our home, in which time we have made many changes to the layout to create a bigger space. We decided to make a master suite within the space we had upstairs, and love to spend our time relaxing in what is our bit of luxury. We also love to entertain and our downstairs living area provides enough space for the whole family at Christmas. It is a wonderful time of year for us, and it will be the thing we miss the most. We are now looking to downsize as our children have left home and we feel now is the right time to make the move. We hope that new owners will enjoy the house as much as we have and are sure that it will make someone a lovely home.
