" St Saviours Court, is a former school house that was converted approximately 12yrs ago. It is tucked away in a terrific spot off Elm Grove and within a five minute walk to all the facilities in Westgate. The amenities include a varied selection of shops, two public houses, cafes, restaurant, and supermarket. The Carlton Cinema, Mainline Railway Station and of course the beach. Local Schools include St Saviours Primary and The Ursuline Secondary. Set back from Elm Grove the property is accessible down a short drive and to the left. There are allocated and visitor parking bays, as well as a small patio communal garden. A secure door provides access to a smart Communal Hall. Entrance to the apartment is on the ground floor.
