" What a fabulous family home this is. The current owners looked at a variety of homes on the development and this one was their favourite. They had to twist the developers arm to buy it as it was the show home! On the ground floor you will find the kitchen, a great sized lounge/diner with direct access to the garden and a guest cloakroom. Moving onto the first floor, they decided to convert two of the bedrooms into one large room. (They will put the partition wall back up if you prefer to have four bedrooms). With another double bedroom and the family bathroom this could be the "children's floor". Finally on the second floor is the master bedroom which has an en-suite shower room, built in wardrobes and a separate walk in wardrobe. (You can never have too much storage can you?)

We fell in love with this development and watched it being built. When we viewed this house we knew it was the perfect one for us. The space and the flow of the house suited us and the children perfectly. The garden is low maintenance which is a god send as we are both really busy working long hours. The other big selling point for us was that there was a NHBC guarantee so we would not have to worry about on going maintenance. We will really miss our home but circumstances mean that we now need one level living.
