" Oh what a find! This house is on one of the most requested roads in Westgate on Sea, and also has the added benefit of off-road parking. The property could make a great family home, as the layout lends itself to a growing family lifestyle. With a lounge and separate dining room, along with the garage that has been converted into an extra room, you should find that all the family has a place to suit their needs. You will also find on the ground floor, a separate utility room and a guest cloakroom, very handy for when you are enjoying a BBQ in the garden!
Upstairs, the two double bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, and the third bedroom is a good size single. The bathroom has the best of both worlds with a bath, for when you fancy an indulgent soak, and a separate shower cubicle, for that invigorating morning wakeup call. With the beach and Westgate's shops a short distance away, along with a selection of local schools, this could be your ideal home!

This has been the perfect family home. We have enjoyed the feeling of space and the sunny rear garden. It is very handy for the shops in Westgate on Sea, and when we fancy a trip to London, we can now choose to take either the normal train or the high speed one. We have spend many happy days at the beach in Westgate and when we fancy a snack the seafront cafe offers a great range of meals at a very reasonable price.
