There is a modern fitted kitchen along with what has to be the best part of this home - the conservatory which stretches out across the full width of this bungalow. This fantastic room offers a spacious seating area for you to relax and gaze across open fields, Minnis Bay and down as far as Reculver towers. When we moved here some time ago one of the main attractions for us was the location. We fell in love with the views from our conservatory instantly which gives us that semi rural feel plus we also have the benefit of having everything else so close at hand.We frequently use the excellent bus service and love being so close to the seafront in Minnis as it is such a pleasant beach. We certainly wont be moving away from Birchington as we love being here. The people are nice and friendly and there is a welcoming feel to the village this is quite rare to find these days.
