" This semi detached property is presented to the market for the first time in its history, and has been enjoyed by the same family for 53 years.The property is situated in a cul-de-sac within a central location of Herne Bay with the town centre, train station, seafront and excellent road links to London all nearby.Although in need of updating throughout, the property has been well maintained and accommodation comprises; porch, entrance hall, sitting room, 'L-Shape' fitted kitchen and a shower room with WC downstairs. Three bedrooms are then found upstairs. The rear garden is a good size, facing south and paved for low maintenance with sheds and access to the garage & workshop.
