" So much has been done to this bungalow since Alan and Roselin have lived here, with them decorating throughout and having a large workshop plus greenhouse built in the back garden. The little extras are so evident when walking around.Just a couple of years ago a new boiler was installed adding and extra radiators added, so walking into the property it gives that warm cosy feeling. As you walk around the space is great, having a double glazed conservatory leading on from the lounge/diner and the separate utility room from the kitchen, it has a place for everything you could possibly have.As mentioned the location is so popular here as you have so much within a 5/10 minute walk away, with shops, train station and bus stop plus that lovely walk along the seafront, which is so popular with those dog walkers/walkers alike.

We moved to be closer to our daughter and grand-children and this area suited us down to the ground, having a train station and bus stop only minutes walk away, plus having the shops just around the corner - it seemed ideal.We have updated the decor and having the extra space with the conservatory and utility room it was just perfect for us.
