" Do not let this opportunity pass you by! This delightful mock Tudor home is located in Thurston Park, a prestigious private road with lots of established trees that enhance the peaceful setting creating a real feel of countryside living. This really is a unique environment especially when considering that it is only a short walk from Whitstable Town Centre with its vibrant High Street and popular restaurants and cafes. If you travel to work by train then the location is also perfect as the main line station is just across the road, providing fast services to London. The house is set well back from the road which allows you to enjoy a wonderful outlook from the sitting room, described by the current owner as their 'quiet room, where they can get away from it all, read the paper and enjoy a cup of tea. The current owners have extended the property to the rear creating a fantastic living space, with a large well equipped modern kitchen which opens into a dining room and then onto a family room which has proven over many years to be the hub of this family home. There are 3 attractive bedrooms on the first floor with the main bedroom featuring his 'n' hers wash hand basins which help to avoid peak rush hour times for the bathroom. This is definitely a home that you can grown into and is superbly set in an environment that few people get to enjoy.

What the Owner says:

It was 27 years ago that we first saw this house and we instantly fell in love with the road and we still love it today. The established trees created a feeling of being in the countryside. As we often travelled to work by train the location proved to be ideal as the main line station is almost a stones throw away. We have extended the property on the ground floor to provide more space to entertain family and friends, which has meant that even when in the kitchen you are still able to chat and socialise with friends or watch TV when preparing family meals.
