" This two bedroom terraced house is located in the trendy seaside town of Whitstable and only 0.5 miles from the sea front itself. The current owners have made some significant changes whilst they have been there, including updating the central heating system and electrics and fuse board. The living room is a nice space, decorated in a contemporary style with modern hard wooden flooring that flows through into the kitchen and hallway, there is a feature fireplace and large window bringing lots of natural light. The kitchen is at the rear of the house and is a nice size and has plenty of wall and base units and space for appliances, plus a pantry cupboard, enough room for a breakfast table and access to the rear garden. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms with a fitted wardrobe in the larger of the two, plus the bathroom that has a bath with shower over, WC and basin. The rear garden is paved so great for anyone that wants low maintenance. It has enough space for garden furniture, a shed that will remain and there is rear access. There is lots of on street parking and garage en bloc.
