" Looking to buy a house near the Harbour and walking distance to the famous Harbour Street shops, then you need to look no further. Having had many improvements from the existing owners with a modern kitchen/diner, some double glazing and new boiler (untested) and an extension to the rear giving a good sized family room, this is an ideal family home or investment as the owners are renting this property out at present. This property is ideal for all those commuters as Whitstable train station is just 5 minutes walk away. When Tudor and Louisa bought this property they bought the rights for the access to the rear of the property so off street parking is something that could be arranged however they preferred having a wooden workshop erected which gave them more space to use to gather all the children's toys or for Tudor to potter in.

This was our first family home, we just could not believe our luck when we bought this property, to be so near to Whitstable town centre and within our budget. We have made many improvements since we lived here having a new kitchen and extending a play room/sun room out the back making more space as our family grew, which is the only reason we are having to sell to buy that next step on.
