On the ground floor is a good size sitting room featuring a wood-burning stove and opening into the conservatory at the rear. The dining room is dual aspect, to the front and rear, and the kitchen is attractively fitted and overlooks the garden. The first floor is currently configured to provide four bedrooms, with two adjoining, plus the family bathroom. The property benefits from gas fired heating and double glazed windows and doors. Externally the rear garden is principally laid to lawn with paved areas and substantial timber workshop. The garden is enclosed by timber fencing and attractive brick and flint wall to one side.
