" Dating back to 1450 this three bedroom grade II listed detached house sits on spacious grounds of approx. 0.8 acres and also comes with a six bedroom holiday cottage and a triple garage. The owner has advised us that the annual income from the holiday lets can vary between ?25,000 - ?29,000 per annum*. The property retains many period features throughout including exposed beams, thumb latch doors, exposed floor boards and open fireplaces. The entrance vestibule has an oversize wooden front door with stone flag flooring and a vaulted ceiling. The living room has a tiled floor with feature inglenook fireplace which has inset wood burning stove. Steps lead to an additional seating area with wood flooring that still retains the original pub seating. The long duel aspect galley kitchen has wood flooring, a gas hob, electric oven and space for free standing appliances. A storage cupboard in the kitchen provides access to the cellar. The duel aspect dining room has both wood and tiled flooring as well as an open fireplace. An inner hallway leads to the old pub kitchen which is now being used as a study but could be a downstairs bedroom.
