" A charming two bedroom home in the picturesque and highly desirable village of Bridge. Offered to the market with no forward chain, the property has allocated parking and a pleasant courtyard garden as well as access to beautiful communal grounds. The building is grade two listed and started it`s life in 1835 as a workhouse and has had many functions since including a hospital. Bridge is a wonderful village to base yourself if you are needing quick access into Canterbury and onto the A2 but also want to be surrounded by beautiful countryside, good pubs and friendly neighbours.

The property offers spacious and bright accommodation throughout and the high ceilings create a sense of grandeur. Downstairs, there is a large lounge/diner with wooden French doors opening out to the courtyard garden and a spacious kitchen/breakfast room. From the lounge there is access to a large cupboard under-the-stairs for storage.
