" A delightful semi-detached bungalow enjoying a peaceful position at the end of a quiet, no-through road in the desirable village of Wingham. The property is a short stroll from the village`s thriving High Street, which boasts convenience stores, a wonderful bakery and two excellent pubs including the award-winning gastro pub, ?The Dog`. You will be able to fully immerse yourself in village life, enjoying a friendly community and the stunning Kent countryside.

The bungalow is beautifully appointed, having seen a number of improvements in recent years. Accommodation is bright and welcoming, with stylish and contemporary decor, ready for someone to just move in to. It is very charming from the front, with a pretty front garden and an attractive brick-built porch, which is a recent and practical addition to the property. The porch provides a pleasant entrance, offering space for shoes and coats before a second door opens into the kitchen. The kitchen is contemporary, with well-thought out storage space. Wingham is a charming village set within the stunning Kent countryside, located almost equidistant from the City of Canterbury and the historic market town of Sandwich. The village has a warm sense of community and a good primary school, which is within walking distance to the property. Both Canterbury and Sandwich have excellent secondary school options, with grammar, comprehensive and private schools.

The village benefits from an excellent bus service, with buses into both Canterbury and Sandwich and there is a mainline train station in the neighbouring village of Adisham, where you can catch direct trains into London.

Wingham is surrounded by stunning countryside and there is a footpath close to the property which takes you into and through the beautiful fields behind. There is an abundance of walking, cycling routes as well as bridle paths and liveries. Pegwell Bay Nature Reserve and the sandy beaches of Thanet are also within easy reach by car.
