Located half a mile outside of Hythe, this two bedroom mid terrace Victorian home would be perfect for a first time buyer or investor.The cosy sitting room has an easy to maintain laminate flooring and a beautiful Victorian fireplace, which will be perfect for those cold winter evenings. The kitchen / breakfast room has a quaint rustic feel, with its feature exposed brick wall; this room is large enough to have a dining table and chairs.Upstairs there are two double bedrooms; bedroom two looks out over neighbouring gardens and over the canal. The large bathroom is fitted with a modern white suite and is the perfect place to start your day. The ace up this property’s sleeve is the rear garden. The current owners have spent a lot of time creating a tranquil and relaxing space. They have decked the bottom of the garden and this is where they spend a lot of time, as it catches the sun all day long. They have enjoyed many barbeques here and if you have young children there is one further surprise. We are very sad to be leaving our home as we have only been here a year, but due to a change in our circumstances we are having to sell. Mark asked us what are the two things that we would miss most about our home and we have got to say the open fire in the living room and our garden. With the weather we have had recently the garden has been like an extra room for us.Since living here we have landscaped the garden, by adding a patio, new lawn and decked area. We hope that you will enjoy our home as much as we have and we look forward to showing you round what could be your new home.
