" Hythe is a pretty unspoilt seaside town with excellent facilities. The town boasts a good range of shops, swimming pool, tennis courts and a nine hole golf course and has a wide range of restaurants and cafes. Motorway access is via junction 12a, M20 which is within 3 miles and the Channel Tunnel is within 5 miles. The towns of Folkestone and Ashford are both close by with further facilities, including a main line rail service from Folkestone to London St Pancras (41 minutes). This first floor apartment is conveniently located on the sea front but looks out over the town rooftops. It is light and airy with long sash windows and furnished to a high standard with bamboo flooring throughout and benefits from gas central heating which provides very comfortable accommodation. EPC-C Available on a shorthold tenancy for a period of six months or more from the 6th August 2014. A deposit of ?760 will be payable. This is held within the Tenants Deposit Scheme and is refundable without interest at the end of the tenancy provided there is no loss or damage. A fee of ?175.00 plus VAT for the administration involved which also includes your share of the tenancy agreement costs and one set of references.
