History and tranquillity combine to make Hythe one of Kent's most attractive seaside towns. Hythe is a small coastal market town on the edge of Romney Marsh, in the District of Shepway on the south coast of Kent. The town has medieval and Georgian buildings, as well as a Saxon/Norman church on the hill and a seafront promenade. With the Royal Military Canal running through the centre of Hythe the surrounding area is suitable for a variety of outdoor actives. The town offers a range of pubs and restaurants and South Road offers access to a large playing field and the local swimming pool. Transport links to London via trains are from Sandling or Folkestone West train stations, the M20 motorway provides links to the remainder of Kent and the Euro Tunnel in Cheriton offers a connection to France. Hythe is the northern terminus of the Romney, Hythe and Dymchurch Railway, running third-scale steam and diesel locomotives. The track runs parallel to coast through Dymchurch and New Romney to Dungeness. Local places of interest include Brockhill Country Park, Port Lympne Wild Animal Park and Woodchurch Rare Breeds Centre.

Chain free first floor apartment with sea views and garage set in south road next to the park. Located a flat walk to the town centre and the sea front, The apartment is entered through the communal staircase into a large reception space. The main living room is a fantastic size and is a real light airy space. The modern galley kitchen is off the living room making it a great social kitchen space. The two double bedrooms face the rear and have views out over Hythe towards St Leonard's church. In addition the large garage/workshop is a fantastic useful space. This re-decorated apartment is really a must see for those looking for a new home in a central position or those looking for a holiday home.
