" When you pull up outside London Road the view is hidden behind a farmer’s hedge and it is not until you step up to the front door that you notice the breathtaking views. This is one of those houses where you don’t mind waiting for someone to answer the door. The lounge has the perfect window to take in the views, you can imagine sitting here with the fire going on a cold winter’s afternoon, looking out to sea. The modern fitted kitchen also has a pleasant view over the landscaped rear gardens. There are three bedrooms here, however the current owner uses two as bedrooms and the other as a dining room. You can see why they use this room as a dining room, with a window to the east looking towards France and a window to the front with views to Dungeness. If you position yourself right you have panoramic views. What a perfect setting for dinner. The current owners have landscaped the rear garden. It now benefits from a large patio area which takes in the stunning views. You can imagine sitting here on a warm summer's day, with burgers sizzling on the BBQ and an ice cold beer. There is also a stunning summer house which enjoys the same views. To the front there are two driveways, providing off road parking for three cars.

What the Owner says:

We have always dreamt of owning a property with views and when Mark from Ward and Partners called us with this bungalow, we did not hesitate to view. We were mesmerised by the views and on a clear day you can see across to France and Dungeness. We will miss having our breakfast in our dining room as it is the perfect start to any day, whether it is raining or the sun is shining the view always takes our breath away.We have landscaped the garden and put in a large patio area and a new timber summer house. Summer is a fantastic time here, it might sound too good to be true, but this garden is utter perfection on a warm summers day.
