Our View

Approached up a flight of steps the benefits of the position this home occupies becomes apparent. As guests knock on the door they will be hit by the fabulous sea views over their shoulder. Once inside, the space this home has to offer becomes obvious. The large hallway even has space for a study area by the side of the front door. The main living room enjoys views to the front over the town towards the sea and the large front window allows the light to flood in. Through an arch is the ample dining room, which is big enough to host a great dinner party. the conservatory is accessed from the dining room and looks out over the rear garden. The kitchen is a fantastic size and has room for a table for less formal meals. To finish off the ground floor there is a cloakroom/WC and a boot room with a front and back door. Upstairs the main bedroom is to the rear and fitted wardrobes along one wall and a balcony overlooking the garden to sit and enjoy an early morning cuppa.
