Agent's Opinion This good sized south facing, two bedroom, second floor flat with balcony offering far reaching views of the surrounding countryside and Channel has been a loved home for many years. Updating the property would enhance its light and airy feel. Situation Collingwood Court is a well established block of flats in the Golden Valley area of Folkestone, a popular area which offers far reaching views and good amenities having a parade of shops near by. Sandgate is less than a mile away where more local shops, cafes, public houses and restaurants can be found. Good bus routes are offered to Folkestone and Hythe.

Folkestone and Hythe, both near by towns provide good shopping, entertainment and leisure facilities with a good selection of schools in the area. Sporting facilities are available there and also at the Hotel Imperial Leisure Centre in Hythe, together with rowing and sailing clubs and good golf courses. Communications are excellent with access to the Continent by the Eurostar services from Ashford International, the Channel Tunnel Terminal at Cheriton, or via Dover harbour. The M20 motorway is a short drive away leading to London and the M25 orbital. There is a mainline railway station within walking distance offering services to Ashford and London Charing Cross including the high speed rail link offering a journey time of under an hour from Folkestone to London St Pancras.
