" A rare opportunity to rent this lovely four bedroom home only a few minute's walk from The Leas and approximately 600 meters from Sandgate Primary School. Situated on Plain Road, which is a quiet cul de sac just off Sandgate Road near The Grand and the Metropole.

Downstairs the layout of this property is ideal for families. The large kitchen, which has space for all major appliances, leads into a spacious dining room with a tiled floor and gas fireplace. There's a tardis-like under stair cupboard for coats and bags.

Although the living room is longer than it is wide, there's still plenty of room for a large sofa and your television.

The courtyard garden faces south and the owner informs us that it's a bit of a sun-trap in the summer and there's an awning above the sliding doors which lead to the courtyard to prove it. The courtyard is laid with faux-grass to keep maintenance to a minimum and there's also a pergola upon which a mature vine has grown, so a grape harvest in the summer is a certainty. Whilst this outside space is only a few meters deep, it's perfectly formed and extremely easy to look after.
