" This is a great opportunity to own a home that is great value and has all the hall marks of being a fantastic home once you have done the renovation that it needs. There are plenty of people who love a project and this is one that you cannot afford to pass up. The work required ranges from plastering to a new kitchen and bathroom, not to mention the jungle of a garden to tackle. There is some good news and that is the double glazing and central heating is reasonable new.The home itself has a good level of accommodation downstairs as the kitchen has been extended out and the living room and dining room are opened up to make a larger space. The garden is a particular feature to this home and we have been told by the seller it is 100ft long. The garage and parking is accessed by a private road to the rear, the advantage of having this kind of parking is invaluable. You only have to look to either side to see what can be done with such a large garden and the front garden is crying out to be made into off street parking from the road. The village of Tyler Hill is north of Canterbury and is a short drive to the city centre along with the fast train line to London in St Dunstan's and the University of Kent is even closer.
