" This three double bedroom, period end terrace is situated in the popular village of Tyler Hill which is within the catchment area for Blean primary school, rated outstanding by Ofsted and is opposite the award winning Tylers Kiln pub. The living room is to the front, has an open fireplace with brick surround and storage cupboard. The dining room is behind and separated partially by the staircase, which could easily be opened up further creating a more family friendly open plan space. The dining room also has an open fireplace with brick surround and has room enough for a family size table and chairs. The kitchen is to the rear and has plenty of units, integrated oven and hob with extractor over, space for other appliances and a window that looks out over the rear garden. Tyler Hill is a small village on the outskirts of Canterbury just 2 miles from the city centre. It has good access to the A2/M2 and a regular bus service running to the coastal towns of Whitstable and Herne Bay as well as back to Canterbury.
