" This spacious end terrace with garage set in a cul-de-sac is situated in the popular village of Tyler Hill which is in the catchment area for Blean primary school, rated outstanding by Ofsted and only 0.2 of a mile walk to the award winning Tylers Kiln pub. Currently let to students until June 2019, The first floor has been re-configured to provide four bedrooms, a modern shower room with basin and a separate WC and basin. Depending on individual requirements, it would easily revert to the original three bedroom with larger family bathroom. Downstairs there is a good-sized lounge to the front which is nicely decorated, has a large window that floods the room with natural light and an electric feature fireplace.
