" Since the owners have lived in the property it has been updated and refurbished to a high standard. You enter the property into the lounge which is neutrally decorated and has a storage cupboard underneath the stairs. The kitchen is at the rear of the property and is big enough to accommodate a table and chairs. The kitchen has an electric oven, gas hob, extractor, an integrated dishwasher and washer / dryer. There is also space for a free standing fridge / freezer. To the first floor, the landing provides access to the loft space which is part boarded and has a built in ladder and light. The master bedroom overlooks the rear garden and has space for a double bed and freestanding furniture. The second bedroom is a smaller double to the front of the property. The bathroom is finished to a high specification with white and mosaic tiling, white sanitary ware and shower above the bath.
