" Page & Co are absolutely delighted to bring this charming and rarely available bungalow to the market. This lovely home is perfect for those looking to be close to the City Centre and amenities but want to seek sanctuary in a quiet and peaceful area at the end of a long day. The bungalow is just one of twenty which gives the immediate area a wonderful sense of community and there are plenty of green spaces and lovely trees around to enjoy.

The property offers bright and airy accommodation throughout, consisting of a large loungediner, a kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. During the daytime, the garden and the rooms to the rear enjoy beautiful bright sunshine and large windows allow plenty of that sunshine to pour in, making the loungediner such a warm and sunny room to relax in.
