A further double sized bedroom with fitted wardrobes. Family bathroom with shower over. Nearest train station: Canterbury West Station (approximately 2 minutes walk) Nearest bus stop: Station Road West Station (approximately 2 minutes walk) for service 26 and UniBus. All viewings are strictly by appointment only. Once viewed if you wish to apply for the property then the following non-refundable fees are payable; Admin fee for single applicant ?125 or joint application ?200 If an additional guarantor is needed subject to referencing ?50 If you Guarantor should fail referencing an additional Administration Charge of ?50 will be required to process a replacement Guarantor.
