" Set in one of Canterbury`s most desirable cul-de-sacs, this home is really one not to be missed!

The property has been lovingly cared for by the current owners but could benefit from some modernisation.

Through the front door you enter into a porch which is great for removing coats and shoes. You then enter the hallway which has herringbone parquet flooring; this leads to the handy downstairs WC and the L shaped lounge which has the same flooring, air conditioning and two large windows allowing plenty of light to flood the room. The lounge has interior bi-folding doors which lead to the dining room, this is perfect for entertaining and can either be opened for a beautifully open plan feel or closed for a more formal or cosy dining space. This leads to a small conservatory which has fitted blinds and is great for looking out onto the garden. The kitchen is fitted with a range of wall and base units with an integrated dishwasher and double Neff ovens, there is also an electric hob with and extractor above. This leads to a large utility area with space for a fridge freezer and washing machine, there are also some fitted units which are great for storage. There is also a study which overlooks the garden so would be great for working from home or could be used as a ground floor bedroom if needed.

On the first floor there are four bedrooms, all of which have built in wardrobes.
