" This is such a well maintained and nicely presented student let within a popular location, ideal for the University of Kent and is already tenanted until June 2020. The annual income is ?16,500 which represents a yield of 6.11%. Before entering the hallway you pass through a small porch where there is room for shoes, coats and the like and also a large cupboard housing the meters. From the hall you have a good size kitchen with fully tiled floor which has an integrated oven, hob and extractor, plenty of cupboard space and room for a washing machine, upright fridge freezer and a further under counter one too. The living room is a very generous size as it has been previously extended, has ceramic tiled floor and access to the garden via UPVC double glazed doors. There is enough space for two large sofas and a dining table if needed. One of the bedrooms is downstairs and is a good size and could house a double bed and other furniture comfortably. To complete the rest of the downstairs accommodation, there is a WC with basin and two storage cupboards. Upstairs there are two large double bedrooms, one large single and a shower room that has been recently renovated to a high standard, has separate shower cubicle, modern white basin and WC and heated chrome towel rail.
