" This is great home for a first time buyer or an investor. As soon as you walk in the front door there is a feeling of space. The dining room and the lounge have been knocked through to create a spacious open plan area to wind down and relax or entertain friends and family. This space has natural light flooding the room through windows to both the front and the back. This light, complimented by neutral and light décor, forms an inviting space to live. The property benefits from double glazing throughout with the exception of one window at the rear of the house.
Unlike many similar properties, this home has the added advantage of an upstairs 4 piece bathroom suite so you don’t need to walk all the way through the house at 3am to spend a penny. If you’re in a rush there’s the shower or if you need to chill out there’s the bath. When we first walked in here we thought ‘wow’! It was so nice and it suited mum perfectly. We’ve lived locally for 20 years so finding a house in the same area was ideal as we were confident that it was a good area for mum to live. The garden was perfect too – big enough for her to enjoy but small enough to easily maintain. The house has been painted throughout during the last year and we recently we installed an electric shower in the bathroom
