The property itself could do with some personalisation and is a blank canvas for any first time buyer or investor. What the Owner says:

We purchased this house as it required some attention and was a project which is what we wanted in our first purchase. Our situation has since changed and we are now looking to go into rented accommodation and to sell the property on to somebody with similar ideas. We found it beneficial, although over three floors, to have two double bedrooms as well as a lounge which opens onto a good sized rear garden. We hope that someone can finish the project we started and enjoys this house in the future.
