" What defines a family home? To some it's location; ensuring that your children grow up in a safe area, one with good schools and a good community. To others it's size; often the bigger the better. For many it's the garden size, when the weather is good it's a relief to know that you can open your doors and enjoy the open space without having to make a special trip to the park. Whatever makes a family home- these are three of the most important factors that come up time and again. Sitting on the veranda you'll be safe in the knowledge that you've found somewhere that delivers on every level.
From the moment you walk in it's clear that this home has the space you need. The ground floor alone seems enormous. The lounge/diner is typical of this era of build. Big, light and airy. To add to this the rear doors fold back opening onto the veranda thus creating a panoramic vista of the garden and surrounding rooftops from your lounge. The kitchen too is a good size and from here there is a conservatory which runs along the side of the house meaning that you gain fantastic space but you avoid starving the natural light (and the view) from the lounge.
The garden is an excellent length and secluded at the back by trees. It's only when you get closer that you realise behind those trees there's a secret garden - an orchard in fact and it's all yours! A quintessential family home with space to grow into.
