As well as a perfectly laid out fitted kitchen which has been tastefully decorated to a high standard. There is a good sized conservatory which looks out over the terrace rear garden which is ideal for having friends round for a BBQ or just relaxing after a hard day at work.This family home is located within a short distance of the main town, with its wide range of well known stores, cafes and restaurants as well as the main railway station with its routes to London and the popular ferry port which give access across the channel to France and beyond. Many cruise liners also leave from Dover allowing you to see many other foreign countries.

When we first saw our home, we knew it was exactly what we were looking for with its good sized garden and internal accommodation as well as its location for shops and schools.We have done everything to the property to make it the home we wanted from a new kitchen to completely redecorating. We love sitting out in the rear garden, as its not overlooked, and we have enjoyed many summer BBQ's outside.The basement room has provided us with the extra space that we needed and could easily be converted.
