" THE PROPERTY: "We bought this property as upon walking in it simply felt like home and it was extremely bright and airy house and we loved the size of the rooms. It was situated in a nice quiet road" quoted the current vendors. This 2/3 bedroom family home is, in our opinion, extremely well presented and proportioned throughout and offers flexible accommodation with a third bedroom or second reception whatever the need arises. The property is situated in a prime residential area ideally located for access to local amenities and schools. The property benefits from double glazing, central heating and the additional benefit of no onward chain so we feel a quick completion could be possible. We would urge any interested parties to view early to avoid disappiontment.
