" For anyone who wants a decent family size home with good size living accommodation then this has to be it. With a 14’3 lounge with French style doors leading through to the dining room you have the advantage of having separate or through accommodation which provides flexibility for any occasion. There are 2 double bedroom and a good size single room. . With a modern fitted kitchen anyone will enjoy creating many fine meals whilst socialising with their friends and family in the living area. The owners have also installed double glazed French doors to the front, which open out onto the patio area which again, being high up, boasts good views and is fantastic to sit out and enjoy. The current owners have extensively landscaped the rear garden providing a large terraced garden which has had a large trampoline in it and even room enough to put up a pool. At the top of the garden there is an extensive decking area which has fantastic views and catches the sun at the end of the day. Anyone can enjoy having a glass of wine at the end of the day whilst sitting out and relaxing in the garden watching the sunset.

What the Owner says:

We bought this house as we had a growing family and have had many occasions with the family all descending on us when we then open up the French doors between the lounge and dining room as it provides a great size area for the kids to run around and to socialise. We have enjoyed sitting out in the garden and looking at the views and also watching the children play in the garden. It has also been handy for access into town and also near bus routes and good for access to the A2 and Tesco.
