" DESCRIPTION:

The Dial House is set in approximately 1.2 acres of secluded grounds enjoying unspoilt views of the Sea.

The accommodation incorporates: entrance vestibule, reception hall with fireplace and wood burning stove which leads into the garden room with views across the garden and channel. The sitting room enjoys a dual aspect and doors into the garden and terrace, oak effect kitchen/breakfast room with built in eye-level Creda gas oven and four ring hob, utility room, walk in larder, cloakroom off of the reception hall and a 2nd ground floor WC off of the rear lobby. From the reception hall is an easy rising staircase onto the main landing, the principle bedroom enjoys a dual aspect with a door onto a roof terrace overlooking the grounds and the channel. There are three further bedrooms, family bathroom, separate shower room, separate WC with wash basin.

Adjacent to the house is a double garage with a self contained flat above accessed via own front door with stairs leading to open plan sitting room/bedroom/kitchenette with sliding doors to balcony, separate bathroom.

OUTSIDE:

There are approximately 1.2 acres of beautiful mature and well maintained gardens to all four sides of the property predominantly laid to lawns. The gardens enjoys outstanding levels of privacy and seclusion taking full effect of its seaside location with an abundance of trees and shrubs.

The house is approached off St. Margaret's Road, a private road situated on the South Foreland Estate. The village provides a range of local amenities with further leisure, educational and shopping facilities available in the nearby town of Deal (6 miles), Dover (5 miles) and Canterbury (20 miles). The A2 (2.5 miles) provides access to the M2 motorway and the A20 at Dover which links to the M20. Trains from Martin Mill (2 miles) link to London Victoria and the high speed link form Dover to St. Pancras is within approximately 1 hour. There are excellent links to the continent from the channel port of Dover and Shuttle services from the channel tunnel near Folkestone. The Eurostar service from Ashford to Paris is approximately 2 hours.
