The property is situated towards the outskirts of the village of Eythorne with its village store and primary school. There is good access to the A256 with its direct links to Dover, approximately 5 miles away, where amenities include a range of supermarkets, high street shops, banks, doctor and dentist surgeries, restaurants, public houses, choice of schools and leisure facilities. In Dover there is a station with mainline trains to London Charing Cross and high speed service to London St Pancras.
