" Joseph has enjoyed many things about living in his three-bedroom home on this quiet and peaceful road.
He has enjoyed having the separate dining room as well as a living room; however, given the layout of this house there is the potential to have an open plan kitchen/diner. There is also potential for the lean to conservatory to become a more substantial addition. This would allow you to take more of an advantage of the garden. The garden is a special part of this home, in fact many happy hours have also been spent in the large back garden and if you fancy a stroll or have a dog then there are the woods to the rear.
Joseph is now at a point where he needs to move into somewhere more manageable and is not wishing to buy onwards so as to make things move as quickly as possible. There is a Train station in Snowdon which links to Canterbury and on to London; the A2 is not far away which is the link to the coast and the rest of Kent. There is no need to think that you are cut off as the neighbouring village has small shops and a primary school.

What the Owner says:

I have loved living on such a quiet and peaceful road and it has been fantastic taking the dogs for a walk through the woods directly from my back garden. I have also been blessed with some very nice neighbours and it has also been very useful having a good bus service and there being Snowdon train station close by. Having the village of Aylesham nearby means I’ve been able to do my grocery shopping there in the Co-op.
