" Thinking of buying your first home? Look no further.
David and Emma had scoured the internet and visited all the local estate agents while searching for their first home five years ago. Nothing seemed right. Everyone had told them that they would know immediately when they had found the right one. It would shout out to them, it would just feel right, they would know as soon as they walked through the front door. Why was it not happening to them?
Then as if by magic, a set of property details arrived in the mail. The front garden was a bit overgrown, and there were no internal pictures, but it was half way between both sets of parents. This could be convenient. A quick call was made and the viewing was booked.
And then it happened. As they walked through the front door they knew that the decor was not for them, but it felt like home.
The transformation that David and Emma have made to this home is astounding. The ground floor now has a bright spacious lounge leading into a separate dining room with door to the garden and a kitchen. On the first floor are two double bedrooms and a fabulous new family bathroom.
Outside the low maintenance front garden has a path to the front door, while the rear garden has a paved patio area and a brick built shed, while to the side of the house there is a private decked area.
There is also a detached garage to the rear.

What the Owner says:

We had almost given up on our search for the perfect home, before we viewed Trinity Place. It was not at all what we were looking for, but as soon as we walked through the door we knew that it was the one. We could turn it into the perfect home.
We have loved every minute of our time here, but now need to make the step up to a three bedroom house in the local area.
