Details Situation
Enjoying a popular location in the heart of Deal's Conservation Area and within walking distance of the High Street stores, restaurants and inns of Deal town centre. The Architectural and Historic importance of the Middle Street Conversation Area has long been recognised. In 1968 it was the first Conservation Area in Kent to be designated and since that time the boundary has been extended three times. Its distinctive character is typified by the central access of mainly Georgian terrace houses clustered around Middle Street changing as you move towards Deal Castle to grander Victorian villas.

There is a railway station at Deal which provides services to London inclusive of the Javelin high speed link at peak times. There is also access to the southern motorway network from Dover along with ferry services to the continent and a high speed connection to London St Pancras.

There is space and plumbing for washing machine and dishwasher, louvre fronted cupboard housing Potterton floor standing gas boiler and underlighting to worksufaces. The lower ground floor hallway has cupboard under stairs and access to two reception rooms the front being a formal dining room with exposed brick white washed walls, downlighting, large painted beam to ceiling and recess with display cabinet. To the rear is a sitting room with French doors opening to the courtyard, two uplights and further display cabinet and storage space. On the first floor is the master bedroom to front with window seat, cross beam, shelved storage cupboard and access to a spacious ensuite bathroom with matching three piece suite, fully tiled surround, walk in double shower cubicle and wall mounted chrome radiator panel. Off the landing is a first floor cloakroom with close coupled WC and pedestal wash hand basin, tiled splashbacks and cupboard housing space and vent for tumble dryer. To the second floor are two bedrooms, the front being a double with storage space, pedestal wash hand basin and tiled splashback, the rear bedroom having wall to wall fitted wardrobes, one as storage and the remainder the airing cupboard with hot water cylinder and immersion backup. The family bathroom has a matching three piece white suite and shower connection, fully tiled surround and extractor fan. Externally to rear is a pedestrian access to side, paved courtyard garden with high walled surround providing seclusion, west facing with outside water supply and lighting and attractive separate store/bike shed with power and lighting connected.
