Details Situation
The property lies on one of the broad well spaced avenues forming the select and secluded private residential area of the Sandwich Bay Estate and is 400yards or so from the private beach. Sandwich town is approximately 2 miles away or a short bike ride and Deal, just under 4 miles the other way. Non residents pay a toll charge for entering the Sandwich Bay Estate which forms the access to Princes Golf Club, the local sailing club, Royal Cinque Ports Golf Club to the south and is on the edge of Royal St George's Golf Club to the north. A quiet shingled beach forms the eastern boundary with spectacular views over the North Sea and Pegwell Bay towards the Ramsgate and Broadstairs coastline.

Paved patio extends beyond this down either side of the bungalow where there is space for garden shed etc. Beyond this the lawned garden extends with evergreen hedging to the end and planted boarder to either side. To one corner of the garden is a brick builtouthouse, with power and under floor heating ideal for an office or gymnasium with decking areas beyond this all concealed in one corner.
