" For a young family or retired couple, we think this property would make a perfect home given it has well proportioned rooms with a private low maintenance, secure garden ideal for those toddlers to run around in. The lounge/diner is light and airy and with neutral decoration and oak wood flooring, it has a very contemporary feel. The kitchen is certainly big enough to be used as a kitchen/diner come breakfast room and is ultimately the place you will probably end up when having social get-togethers with friends. There are plenty of units and worktop space to cook-up those culinary delights and, it is nice to have the option of eating informally around the kitchen table or to meander through to the lounge/dining area for those dinner parties.The landing is noticeably big and could be an ideal study space or as it is now, room to house a large wooden chest to keep all those toys or items of clutter out of the way. There is still an airing cupboard and even a large under stairs storage cupboard.The garage has power to it and there is access to it from the garden as well as from the driveway; there is also a side access to the garden. Having a ground floor cloakroom is always handy for those with children or for when you have guests. The family bathroom, which is a lovely white suite with a contemporary hidden cistern and co-ordinating vanity unit.

We moved here because we wanted to move back to Sandwich and loved the fact that you could walk into town for shopping or for a night out. I loved the large landing which made it feel so spacious and the fact that it had a private but small low maintenance garden, which is perfect to sit out in and ideal to keep an eye on the children. "
