" Guide Price ?250,000 - ?260,000. Located just 0.3 miles walk from the centre of Sandwich, this period property dates back to 1906 and still retains many period features throughout. The sitting room has a large bay window which floods the room with natural light and an open brick fireplace with a slate hearth which gives the room a cosy feel. The spacious dining room can accommodate a six seater table with space to spare. The dining room has a built in double storage cupboard as well as a large under stairs cupboard and there is a brick fireplace with gas fire.
