" As you walk up the drive you start to appreciate that this property has something special, with its double garage, parking and well laid out gardens, it only whets your appetite for what is still to come!The first thing that hits you as you walk into the hall is the layout, with good sized rooms including lounge, dining room, kitchen breakfast room as well as a further reception room which could be used as a 5th bedroom if your family needs it! Upstairs is just the same offering two bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms and a good size family bathroom, all of which are decorated to a good standard by the current owners.As well as the superb internal living space, the garden also allows plenty of room to entertain with a raised water feature and covered spa pool as well as a barbecue area making family entertaining a real pleasure and am sure that many parties will take place in this magical space.

Since buying this property, we have spent many happy times bringing up the family here but the time has now come for them to find their own way in life, hence the decision to now sell. We were first drawn to this property by the size of the living accommodation and overall location and proximity to the town, as well as the local transport links by road and rail giving access to the other Thanet towns as well as areas further afield such as Canterbury and London.The whole family have loved living here and we have made many new friends who will be sadly missed by us all but the time has come to look for a smaller property.
