" This property is perfect for walking to the beach or walking along the cliff tops, soaking in the sea air and fantastic views. It is the ideal place to bring up your family or retire to. The beach is on your doorstep alongside the Viking Way, a beautiful walk/cycle ride along the Thanet coastline.The bungalow has a large entrance hall leading to three double bedrooms, giving plenty of room for friends or family to come and stay. Alternatively you could have two bedrooms and a second reception to use as a dining room. When you walk through the lounge, you enter via the UPVC double glazed conservatory, which overlooks the pretty garden. The conservatory is a wonderful haven; it catches the sun for most of the day and is always very warm. You can sit back and relax with the double doors open, reading a book or gazing into the vast uninterrupted skyline in a tranquil setting.The secluded rear garden has sunshine from mid-morning to sundown, so you can enjoy the spring and summer months in the garden, simply listening to the seagulls and the waves.The front of the property gives as much space as the rear. There is a driveway for up to two/three vehicles so you can park your car safely off road. There is even a garage which you could use for your car or even, would be great as a workshop or just for storage.

Botany Road is a perfect location as we always wanted to be close to a natural sandy beach.The road is quiet and leads down to the beach where we regularly go, before rolling our towels up and simply walk home.We have carried out extensive work to the whole of the property, inside and out. We have made it modern and clean, so someone could move straight in without the hassle and expense of having to do home improvements. We are sure whoever moves here will love it just as much as we have.
