" This impressive Victorian semi-detached house is in a leafy lane on the fringes of Broadstairs in the picturesque village of St Peters, an ideal location for schools for all ages, local shops and roughly a mile from Broadstairs High Street and mainline rail station. Originality and charm features throughout this spacious property. From the entrance hall there are doors to the bay fronted lounge and to a double bedroom, there are also stairs to two mezzanine floors, first floor and lower floor. On the lower floor is a lobby with doors to a large dining room and the kitchen. The lower mezzanine floor has a door to a cloakroom and another to the rear garden.
