" Oaklands Avenue is nestled on the outskirts of the popular St Peters village. A short stroll to the local shops if you need to pick up some bits, or better still the Thanet Loop bus stop is just as close if you wish to venture a little further out of town, or pop to Westwood Cross.The road itself is very pleasant and quiet. You will notice that each property is well looked after and the residents take pride in their homes, making this a nice and comfortable place to live.Once inside this fantastic property there are two double bedrooms, so everyone can have their space. Alternatively, it is perfect if you have friends or family to stay over.Now most bungalows have two bedroom and a sitting room, but this one also has an extension off the back of the lounge. Not only can you keep both bedrooms as they are, but you can also have a separate area for a table and chairs, so you can sit round the table at dinner time.If this was not enough, then there is a double glazed door off the dining area which takes you straight out into the garden.There is a lovely lawned area for pets to run around and enjoy themselves and a patio conveniently placed so you can sit in the sun and enjoy yourself just as much.

I have lived here for about fourteen years now. It is a wonderful place to be. The neighbours look out for one another and it is so peaceful. The garden is my haven. Many a day I worked out there to get it perfect so I could sit out and relax. Hopefully someone else can move in and do just that. It is a good bit of outdoor space but not too much to maintain. All my tools go in the garage as I use it as my own little workshop now. However, it fits a car nice enough, but who needs to put the car in the garage when you have got a driveway with two to three spaces.
