Semi-detached four double bedroom Victorian house in the sought after location of Swinburne Avenue, which is a quiet residential street within a short walk to the town centre, train station and the beaches of Viking Bay and Louisa Bay. 

On the ground floor, there is a very spacious and modern fully fitted kitchen dining area reception room.  The kitchen has recently been redecorated and has stripped wooden flooring, an integrated washing machine, dishwasher, eye-level double electric oven, ceramic hob and extractor fan.  There is also an exposed brick chimney breast housing a wood-burning stove, bi-fold doors to the rear and a further door to the side.  There are in-built Bose speakers and cabling for a TV.  

There is a separate lounge which has beautiful original cornicing, a large bay window, stripped wooden flooring and an open fire place.

The ground floor double bedroom has french doors leading to the garden.  

There is also a spacious understairs cupboard incorporating a storage rack for shoes.

On the first floor, there are three spacious double bedrooms, a large family bathroom with bath, separate shower cubicle, toilet and hand basin. The shower room also has a toilet, sink and inbuilt cupboard.  There is a storage cupboard in the hallway.  The main bedroom has original cornicing and a door leading to a wrought iron balcony at the front of the house.

In addition, there is a large loft accessed by an in-built ladder. The loft has been boarded out and is fully insulated.
