" This lovely house offers spacious living accommodation which is full of sunshine and offers sea views from the rear. It is full of character and charm with coving, fireplaces, original picture rails but retains a modern and contemporary feel. This home has two En-Suite, one being off the master bedroom which has it`s own balcony with sea views, great for a G & T and enjoy the birds in the lovely sunny garden. this room also has a walk in " shoe dressing room " which has access to one of the large lofts which is boarded with a skylight and could be converted, ( subject to necessary consents ).
