Our View

The first thing that struck us when viewing this beautiful home is the size. All of the bedrooms offer size and space and the en-suite shower/wc to the master bedroom is a welcome addition. There is a well proportioned entrance hall which flows through the property again giving this home the impression of size and because of the three bedroom aspect we see this as a retirement home as well as a family one. Stone Road offers a short walk to the town and also provides quick access towards the golf course and many other amenities and locations. A short stroll from the property and you arrive at a private alleyway which we have been told by the owner can only be accessed by four other properties. This private alley leads the viewer towards the seafront of Broadstairs itself. The views along Eastcliff are absolutely stunning and this alone has to be an aspect that will pull many buyers towards this fantastic property.
